Rito should make her go stealth on the duration of the action of rolling when she ults

Something no one really realized until now is that the only form of true sight in the game atm is pink wards; making all stealth champions incredibly powerful. I think Vayne was nerfed; but with the red trinket disappearing we aren't really feeling the effects. Hopefully we get a trinket with true sight again.

She still runs around 6 shotting people, rushing Stattik Shiv.

Notice your use of the word "still." She still functions in exactly the same was that she used to. She has even fewer advantages in lane because her AD was GUTTED, but her lower damage is getting overshadowed by the fact that people can't actually hit her.

her Q has like 0.9 sec cd, her Q with ult with trinity and crit (she has 100%) does 800 damage, and rfc gives her range, PD gives damage reduction +ms
