Its kinda silly that items built out of lost chapters lose their passive of mana per lvl?

item 3802 passive 20% maximum mana per lvl

This passive completely vanishes when you build item 3007 item 3285 item 3030.

Riot is so serious about mages not getting mana outside of the fountain that they rather butcher a simple item build path logic.

Finished items don't lose the passives of the items they are built on. Its simple...

I can understand for item 3003, but with item 3285 you quickly run out of mana, and item 3030 idk feels like a item 3027 but I never build this

because the mana per level is an early game thing that gets its gold value traded out for raw stats (or other passives/actives)
