He's fucking healing like 500-600 off of Q's when low thats fcking ridiculous. Considering it has 5 Second CD max rank with some cdr thats like 3 seconds. Jesus Today I saw a darius heal 1300! LIke what the actual fuck. That Q needs to be either cut the healing by like 75% or make the CD 8 seconds.
