Its really not even that bad.

Champions will have to be tuned around this item like any other item.

The worst thing that's gunna happen is certain champions being crutched on it, like Annie, Vlad (maybe), Ekko, etc.

As a jungler, I will no longer be able to gank mid ever.

You know who's not? Lissandra. Who isn't an issue.

A single 300 range dash is not going to make or break the majority of ganks. It just means junglers and mid-laners have to coordinate their CC better.

Also, you can probably count on champions who are already mobile being nerfed if protobelt makes them too safe while functioning fine on immobile mages, so don't bring that up as a complaint either.
