Things I've Noticed In The Games I Win

This is basically a list of things/trends, tips if you will, that have been prevalent in most of my wins.

The big ones:

  1. Understanding Team Composition and Win Conditions : I had a game a while back, can't remember specifics, but we had a Jax and Yasuo. We tried 5v5ing, but we mostly lost those, then I suggested we try a 1-3-1, because Jax and Yasuo were winning all their 1v1s. The rest of the game was so fucking clean it was crazy. If you don't understand it, theres a rough Rock-Paper-Scissors system you can use as a general rule; Poke beats AoE, AoE beats assassins, Assassins beats Poke, though it mostly applies to mid lane. Better yet, watch pro games, but LISTEN to the colour guys. Jatt, Kobe, Deficio, Krepo, Papasmithy, the late Montecristo, they all know their shit, so take it on board.
  2. Not Dying : Unfortunately this just has to be said. Overextending, chasing into Fog of War (actually, just avoid Fog of War in general, shits dangerous). If you don't know where at least 4 of the enemy team have been in the last 10 seconds, and ALWAYS where their jungler is/has been, then you better get your booty ready for a goon squad.
  3. Applying Pressure Mostly applies to split-pushing, but knowing when/where to apply pressure is important. If you have your top lane Fiora dominating lane, so they send 3 people to fuck her shit, dont bother trying to run all the way from bot to help, either she'll be dead before you reach mid, or she'll have exited through a pile of bodies. Instead go right click on that standing pile of free gold in mid and bot (commonly referred to as towers).

The Minor Ones:

  1. Understand Your Allies Picks Unfortunately this is kinda more gated by exposure to the game (time played), but understand when your allies power spikes are is important, as it helps you to more accurately guess the outcome of a fight, and how to play around them
  2. Playing Around the Fed Guy Late game hyper carry fed? Peel the shit out of the enemy team for them. Assassin/diver fed? Let them split push while you sit mid and ctrl+4 the enemy team. Juggernaut fed? Honestly could probs afk in base, Juggernauts have huge ass backpacks. Tank fed? Watch them eat absolutely 0 damage and just smack the closest bitch to you Jungler fed? Farming Simulator while you wait to set up for world's easiest ganks Support fed? They already surrendered, shits over when the SUPPORT is fed. Mage fed? They are now an AoE assassin, group as 5 and wombo enemy team.
  3. Playing from Behind You don't get dragons, you don't get barons, you hold the waves and try to stall as long as you can, and wait for some poor fool or the support to wander too deep into your jg, then goon squad the bitch.

Now in regards to FotM picks.

Ignore everything, chances are shit is about 40 kinds of busted and the best way to beat it is in champion select with the best 1 shot button in the game, the "Ban" button.

don't understand why this is not more upvoted and doesnt have more comments and doesnt have more attention and visibility put on it. Its a solid well constructed post with solid good advice and insight.

Keep taking notes and keep getting better and most of all keep sharing. If i could subscribe to u I would. But Maybe Ill settle for a friend request instead?

I also have suggestions for playing when behind or when playing against a fed enemy.

1.) Farm or course to shorten the gold XP gap and shove lane if ur enemy laner is not there and u know where they are as well as where the enemy jger is, so they miss out on farm. 2.) Roam if they are not pushing the lane hard and get other lanes snowballing hard, so they can compensate for u. 3.) Avoid fighting enemies that are ahead or fed enemies unless its 3+v1, and don't team fight, take them out one by one 4.) Get turrets, push lanes hard and run like heck when they try to catch you.

what do u think?

Absolutely. Those are all things I probably should've fleshed out in the second part, but honestly by then I was getting tired and SKT was playing >_>
