Hextech Chests

Ok.... just wondering how many chests people have earned by getting a S grade. Since you can only get 1 chest per season per champ.....im running out of champs i think im good enough with to get them. But I just got my 7th chest.

I have got them with

Voli Leona Heimerdinger Malphite Sona Janna Soraka

So far Ive gotten 2 epic skins....Arcade Sona and Underworld Wukong....... I made the sona skin permanant but holdng ontot he Wu skin until i actually use him.

Feel free to list how many chests you have gotten so far and the champs you got them with and if you got anything interesting from the chests.

Edit: If you are not sure who you got the S with you can see in your Champions tab....they are outlined with a gold box on their icon.

So far: Janna, Caitlyn, Nami, Jinx, Braum, Soraka, Bard, Taric, Lux, Galio.

So that'd be 10 so far. I don't find getting an S rank is 'that' hard if you just spam the champion for a few hours until you either figure out how to do well on the champ or just happen to get a stompy match.

Getting the key fragments to open them is a nuisance though, I still have 2 chests and no fragments right now.

yeah....i guess I could have more if i wasnt playing the same champs all the time. i only play ranked unless i want to learn a champ i dont use. So most of the time im picking based on the game....and since I mainly support and we have all these adc top and jungles running around i end up playing voli, leona or malphite all the time. So when i finally do get to use other champs its sort of a 1 time shot to get a S for awhile.

Champion shards: Skarner Skin shards: Akali, Ashe, Kog'Maw, Corporate Mundo, Eternum Nocturne, Udyr's Visual Update. Rerolled: Akali, Ashe and Kog's for Battle Bunny Riven.

Which, along with 2 unopened chests, makes for 8 chests.

Guess I was lucky to get only one champion shard, two legendaries and one super skin, but... I only own Akali, Ashe, Skarner and Riven. First one which I absolutely loathe and the remaining three I haven't played in like 2 years.

To sum it up, so far I got nothing out of Hextech.

the trick is to play champs you're learning with friends that are playing their best champs. that's how i got a chest on sol my first game with him

yes i guess that could be the easy way but I dont que with many people. Most of my old duos stopped playing.

But now I wonder.......if you get a chest because someone you duo'd with gets a S...will that make the champ you used in that game ineligible for the rest of the season? Or will you just get the chest and still be able to earn one yourself on that champ?

that's the chest for the champion you used. it can't get another one during the season
