Now that team buiilder is gone i need to rebuild my mmr in normal draft?

I keep losing every game cause I get level 27s and 29s when i have been level 30 for 2 years.... I only use to play team builder and have never done normal draft, but now that I am stuck in it cause team builder is gone do i need to build up my mmr again?

sort of yes.... Although to be fair MMR in teambuilder was horrible.

nope :( i just go to lol skill .net and look at their info before game, i have 2500 games played and most of them have like 500,,, lol

You are probably getting grouped with premades. That is how you typically end up seeing < lv 30's.
