So, I had the pleasure of playing with a 9 year old today.

Im perfectly fine with playing with kids, especially in normals. In fact, I encourage people to play with family members, its good family time.

HOWEVER, if you are going to bring your little brother/sister/kid into a game with you, please, Please, PLEASE try your best to convince them NOT to play champs such as Riven, because if you don't the picture above is what will happen. I don't mind if we lose, honestly, but I would like some sort of fighting chance against the enemy team. I would actually like to deal damage to an Irelia who is at 25% health. I would like to be able to go into a teamfight with the knowledge that if we get demolished, it isn't because it has essentially been a 5v4 all game, and once that Irelia comes in, we don't have a glimmer of hope.

(For some background, apparently Lee and Riven were related. Lee said that the kid tries to copy him when playing a game, and thus he chose Riven. As for me, I was doing ok against Zed.......until Irelia, who, had around 8 to 10 kills by the 20 minute mark.)

I agree that people should play with their kids more, just... not League. League is a shitty social climate; I don't even like playing with my FRIENDS in League.

Get some Smash Bros. or Mario (or just about anything on the Wii, really) or Borderlands or even Diablo. Anything but League.

It's normals man. Part of the game and something out of your control. Everytime someone trys out a new champ you have a good shot of that happening. If they're playing normals, they're doing the right thing. I don't know what you're expecting here...
