And no this is not a post "Hurr durr i Quit league" this is me being super frustated right now with the game state...and i dont want to see a reason to play anything else than ARAM when this game have unerfed this things and champions

Tristana Chogath Gragas Draven Janna Sejuani Twitch (Thresh (After Ardent nerfs and if janna get nerfed his 34% pick ratio and 53% win ratio atm it would just go even higher) I dont understand how Riot watch this champions and think they are balanced.... Draven got nerfed in the most stupid way...his problem is his Q and riot nerf his passive simple because they refuse to admit that buffing his Q ad ratio and base damage a couple patches away WAS A HUGE mistake...

And now items

item 3504 item 3301 item 3193 item 3812 item 3094 Items that provide hidden power or massive boost in damage.....

For real Riot need to balance the game...the whole ADC meta/Broken tanks dominating the game is the worst meta ever...and riot DOES NOTHING for 4 months now because "We are too close to worlds" well 7.19 patch is not a world patch and i see no nerfs in PBE for this champions and items

about draven rework his passive its stupidly toxic his dmg just gave him like 7 dmg lv 1 and 100 at lv 18 (they changed from 85% total ad-->105%bonusAD) at lv 9

doesnt nerf coin gives pointless cdr to spell thief quest and leaves relic shield as is, but riot is against power creep so dont worry about it

I dont see any numbers of janna....The "possible rework" from riot it may be like Evelynn rework..anouched 6 months ago and it would take one more month to hit live..so if i dont see number i dont take the "Soon" from riot..

Buffs to CDR? which mean nothing COIN make you massivily ahead because of how much GOLD it give you..who care about cdr as support when all the support items you build have CDR already you just losing stats if you going that item....

Twitch no numbers..or riot talk about him...

DD need to be gutted...

I haven't seen anybody complain about DD in months now. The item is fine and it's not like anybody ever buys it anymore lol

And becuase you're unable to find it:

Janna E gets a longer cooldown, they change how her Q works, making an uncharged Q very weak, but a charged one way stronger (and faster) and she will get a change to her W most likely, giving it a mana refund + give her some AA range to encourage offensive play more often instead of being entirely passive and backline. This isn't likely to be in the next patch, but it's on the slate.

Stoneplate gets a massive change. They change how the HP are added, making it 50% base and 50% bonus HP, reducing the power of HP scaling abilities like Cho ult. He probably won't see another nerf outside of this.

And Coin doesn't really need any further changes, maybe reduce the time the coins stay up or something imo It's barely better than the Frostqueen line and giving CDR to Frostfang and 10% more CDR on the finished item makes it really attractive for mage supports. Their builds don't really have any CDR in them because they need other items first, this is great and might just make them more interesting again.

Gragas gets his E hitbox changed and fixed, making it far less ridiculous. This is a HUGE nerf to him, sot hey will see how it plays out.

Sej doesn't need any changes, she's good but she's not overwhelming. Same for Draven. He has always been hit or miss and since they made his passive way riskier he has fallen out of flavor almost entirely.

And Death's Dance really isn't an issue at all. Introduction of Brambe Vest and people not afraid to build Executioner's PLUS Draven falling out of the top tier picks (why? because he doesn't scale very well with attack speed and Ardent is all the rage obviously) made that item disappear entirely.

Bonus: Tristana has always been the best ADC to get a double Zeal item on and since exactly that is meta and everything else got nerfed it's her time to shine. She is ridiculous because she's been untouched for long + the meta EXTREMELY favors her. Support item changes will probably change her pickrate as well though and she will most likely see some slight number tweaks anyway.

Just because Ardent Censer is more broken does not mean DD is not broken still.

Hence why Jhin will be meta once Ardent leaves.

DD was never broken to begin with, but you people were unable to counter it. Draven is literally the only champion buying it. Riven gets it, but nobody complains about that either. Draven is not popular, hence the item is gone.

God, just buy a Bramble Vest or Executioner's Calling, kill Draven once and he will be useless for the rest of the game. I hate people talking like these items or champions are so unbelievably strong that they become impossible to beat. No, learn to play.

It's not a damage reduction and not a single person above Gold calls Riven broken or problematic. It's fine, deal with it bronzie.

It is damage reduction on Riven. This has already been explained. All the damage converted to a DoT is taken as damage into her shield, and anyone trying to damage her shield doesn't make DD's DoT activate, and her shield is so massive that it becomes actual damage reduction.

Lots of people call Riven broken. Why do you think her banrate spiked in Diamond once DD was buffed?

Ignore everything else and insult people. Glad a support main is telling me everything about top lane, which he doesn't play.
