Let me get things straight: Ahri is extremely powerful for the longest time, finally she gets hit by a pretty mild nerf IMMEDIATELY the same patch she is hit by compensation buff, because god forbid she would fall below 52% winrate 10% pickrate for a patch not only that, the compensation buff is returning her dash cancel, something we know is going to turn her already uber-safe kit into something basically braindead, rendering many champions inable to engage on Ahri, and we know it will happen because it happened already. most of her damage comes out before 3 seconds, so it's not really a big nerf(if at all) unless you're playing her wrong.

Except for the fact that if that target survives (Building MR/HP or having a support is a thing you know?) the initial burst she will still have time to throw out another Orb of Deception AND Foxfires before the Charm damage buff expires.

No, but it's up enough so that she can't be ganked, and the jungler won't bother.

Honestly, he kinda has a point (even if he could have phrased it better). Ahri already feels frustratingly safe for many players thanks to her triple dash and charme. Is not unexpected for me that people won't like the idea to add another layer of safety to her.

If they wanted to add another anti-mobility mechanic, they could have chosen another champion for this. Why did it have to be Ahri?

This security is his ultimate, though, many other onc champions are much more often security. Leblanc Kassadin for example, we also had a fairly strong security, the problem being a Ahri player is just this frustration of the number of champions who spend their time at just dash in on you when forcing your charm before and who most by just weather force your ultimate

Ekko Leblanc Diana Fizz Irelia and many others out of midlane who as soon as he sees an Ahri he doesn't even reflect it is instant dash on her

Yes, but isn't that kinda Ahri's weakness here? Who is supposed to fight Ahri if not hypermobile champions? If you are immobile, she charmes you and destroys you with her superior mobility. I thought that these mobile champions are supposed to counter her. Now I don't have an idea how you are supposed to kill Ahri in lane at all, since every time you get her kinda low, she will just charme and dash away.

it's her early weakness actually, a lot of champion poses a problem to her at the beginning of the game and it's normal for the blow, to kill her will just have to be darker on her stupidly but make her force her charm before, I think it's precisely for this reason that Riot decided to put this effect back, that's how lol works, forced something to have an opportunity

I can understand people's frustration with this addition, Ahri is not too bad in the meta right now, but that's not going to make it totally broken

Thats more a nerf than a buff what are you saying :( 40% buff 60% Nerf Estimated winrate of Ahri after 50.8% to 51.6% average.

So it's good news, I cant understand you but its giving me the idea that my charm will stop dashes and the trade off is subtle damage reduction. WORKS FOR ME DAWG.
