What did you vote?

I voted neither... because it feels somewhat overpowered, I like the update but it needs a slight nerf, then it will be perfect.

Oh baby.

I will agree that it item could use some retuning though. They should probably either increase the CDR required for 20% bonus CDR, reduce the bonus CDR you get from Critical Strike Chance, or remove the base CDR of the item.

or that player could of got 1-3 kills and snowball'd 250 cs omg its miss fortune who aoes the mobs how could this happen its like shes an ad carry or something and with good wave clear and poke. almost like she has a Double Up attack for poking out of range champs. and an aoe ult that can wipe a full group if not shut down. must not be any of the skill that player has...
