I personally think its a little on the op side and needs a small nerf. Possibly directed towards the slow duration of the active.

Probably just needs to cut the slow duration from the active in half. It already points out enemy locations and gives vision. There's no reason it should act as an super-long range Nasus W and catch tool all by itself.

Yeah, four seconds is a lot for a 40% slow.
