Make every champion available, but make it so it's more likely for you to get champions that you have mastery on.
This way people can't have aram accounts, but people who play champions that they like a lot are more likely to get those champions.

What's so bad about being forced to play summoners rift. I think playing all the game modes (switching every now and then) helps bring versatility to gameplay.
Also if people think this is such a bad idea, maybe riot could add champion mastery xp to aram.
Ozias of Scagnar1 votesWell I think they should add mastery to HA anyway, but not everyone will agree with me, my concern is that people will just get their mastery points up on certain champions to make them more likely to be picked which is the same as just having the 'OP' champions available to them.

Special accounts people make, and only purchase "OP champions" so they rig the random system and have a higher chance of getting the strong champions.
These people ruin the mode that is designed for a quick, casual, non try hard game. By rigging the game to only get champions that are broken on the map.
An example would be an account that only has
unlocked. And nobody else.
