question about viktor hex cores

Im new to viktor and i have a question about the hex cores, when is a right time to get the first one? the 2nd? the 3rd? should i rush them all?

First one you should rush first back ASAP. Augment E.

Second one you can get whenever you want, either immediately after number one or waiting until after mid game. Augment Q.

Third one should almost always be your last upgrade unless you happen to have exactly 1000 gold sitting around late game. Augment W+R.

I usually get my first upgrade for my hex core as soon as possible, then I usually get a lich bane before I get my second and third.
