At what point do you consider someone an OTP (One Trick Pony)?

The point where they have an 85%+ pickrate on them, will only play someone else if autofilled or their pick would just be completely terrible there, have reliably worked them into other positions than their intended lane, and dodge if their main is banned.

Id probably be a Malz otp atm since Im using him to climb out of silver.
