I'd Like To See Galio Heal A Little More

I love playing but let's be honest: he's in a pretty bad spot. Even though he's a slow-moving melee mage with high mana costs and a wicked dependency on , I like to play this champ. That being said, I think that lowering the reduction to his heal on Bulwark, or perhaps counting his reduction for every champion hitting him separately would do alot for him.
