item 3071 passive.

I know it says physical damage only and Twitch deals true damage, but I was just curious.

why do you want his passive to proc black cleaver? it doesn't matter since it does damage every seconds and twitch auto every 0.5 sec in late game, he can proc black cleaver passive faster than the dot

I was wanting to know for early game purposes. I have some god tier supports in my friend's list that don't require their carry to have lifesteal to go 15/0. I know most carries are more of the item 3036 type, but that only applies to the damage you do, black cleaver shreds their armor for the whole team. Which is why I take item 3091 over item 3115 some games with certain champs.
