Cost to change between tier 2 jungle items 0 gold ⇒ 255 gold

Best example: Thanks to previous change Eve could somehow Clear jungle (rangers/purple item ) than swap for free Jungle item for slowing one or for skirmish one.

But Hey let's nerf evrything again..

Logic :

People complain about jungle being hard -> increase 1st jungle items cost.

People complain even more about jungle being too hard for some champions -> nerf jungle items even more.

AND the warrior enchantment change(when WW was OP/GOOD)

AND the chilling smite change - Current patch

Oh booo hooo the single most influential role with nearly all the most broken champions in the game gets slightly toned down without the needed direct nerfs to 80% of the jungling roster BOOOO HOOO
