as a mastery 7 support lux player

i do very highly appreciate the buffs we got on 8.7

yet when i look at pbe i see even MORE buffs.

now i do very much like the shield change as i am really tired of my team dodging it when i just want a more powerful shield on the return..

but.. can we like WAIT until we see how the buffs we just added AFFECT her first, before just throwing more out there?

this is one of the major things what CAUSES champs to be op. you just keep buffing them before any data is really there.

i mean what erks me more about this is early season 7 nidalee sat at a sub 42% winrate fore SIX MONTHS.

and yet lux who is doing completely fine even before the first buffs, albeit slightly weaker than ideal when compares to the OP champs. is getting MORE buffs. the same patch after u just buffed her. i mean i do think the buff in 8.7 were VERY well done. but now we are just getting excessive.

why cant we town down the OP champs rather than buffing the ones that are fine? this is what causes absurd damage creep.
