Lulu removes darius only weakness and now you have a 700 ms guy running at you with a perma slow around him that will 100-0 you in 3 seconds while having 4k health, starting to dislike the lulu spam, she just makes too many champs literal free elo.

All those abilties have longer cds or lasts for less time and or gives less MS, only one comparable is zil but it takes 2 abilities of his kit and it has a 10s+ downtime (and he has to choose btw permaslowing the target OR speeding up darius, lulu does both at the same time).
You can play around those, you cant play around lulu pressing W + R on darius though.
