They just deleted our champ from the game, I mean like what the fuck. At least all other champs kept the similar visual, wtf is this stupid winged superman shit... I am so dissapointed, I might never play Galio again :(

AlienPrimate1 votesIt was the same for Sion. I mained Sion before his rework as AP roaming mid and haven't really touched him since. Now I main Galio mid and fear the same thing will happen again.
Papa Andrei1 votesWhy are you so pissed? That his outdated as hell visuals got updated and made to fit in a character progression way? His old kit is their, he just went from hunched over grotesque to humanoid grotesque. Enchanted Galio still has the same color combo as current one

I couldnt care less about his generic kit except his ulti, but they just ruined his theme and personality and at what cost? They did the same to Yorick and Sion and Warwick, everyone played them for the first couple of weeks, now once again nobody plays them except their old mains. Whats the point of ruining a champion for their low playerbase that mains them only for them to sell skins, get the $$$, nerf them after that (if they were op) and let their new "fans" go back to Yasuo and Riven while we remain with them dissapointed and sad that they got ruined in our eyes while others once again dont give a fuck...

He is white, cause Demacia has a special stone that is magic resistent, and thats why Galio is an anti-mage. Logical, makes sense And if you would actually go do some research, You would know Riot said that they took his most cocky lines, of which make up less thatn 10% of his VO, and put it in the teaser.
And he went from Runic Sentinel to Runic Sentinel.
meluvulongtime31 votesPretty much the overall sense I've gotten over the course of the day is that there are 2 groups of players here:
People who don't play Galio: They all think he looks way more interesting now.
People who DO play Galio (like me): He's not even the same champion anymore, they ruined him.
I understand why people like the change, I mean it is a more "interesting" kit. But for all intents and purposes my 3rd most played champ just got deleted from the game and was replaced with something completely unrecognizable. I basically have to learn a brand new champ, they should have left Galio alone and added this thing as a new champ. In the lore they could have just made them brothers or some shit. Not really a fan of the new look either. Debonair looks like crap.

My pessimism probably stems from my experiences with past reworks. Disliked the majority of them. On top of that, one of the only ones I actually liked (Kog'maw) got reverted....... [zombie-nunu-bummed]
