They did good Standing in his Q is now so punishing no longer needs to max E anymore the pre-mitigation healing is beautiful so now i won't be countred as easily the health per level increase was just a neat bonus in the buff which further solidifies him as a tank mage

No, his win rate in Diamond is 40%. Even in Bronze it's barely above 46%.
