Soraka is significantly healthier now than she's ever been

And despite her winrate, she's actually in a fantastic spot. She's a dedicated healer, she has tools that force her to at least interact in lane as opposed to just AFK healing and outlasting everything. Her trading as a result is still very limited, as it should be with a champion of her style.

Let a meta shift back to having late game ADCs dominate the game and Soraka could easily be meta. She's a free pass into any lane that wants to play extremely passive and scale and late game, her heals are so powerful for her front line while she still drops in some decent utility.

Soraka is in a good spot and exactly where she needs to be. You should stop wanting balanced champions buffed, only to end up getting nerfed because it breaks them and leaving them worse than what they were.
