Hm, lvl 6= 744 hp not counting runes/masteries. Damage per Sphere: 90 / 135 / 180 (+ 20% AP) Mk so 5 spheres means 450 (+ 100% AP) Not counting resistances, I think 249 AP? Certainly possible with an item or two. Though prior to that I think some poking will be necessary. At least take her out from half health. Granted that if her passive isn't up.
