Anyone who abused ANY bugs during this patch should be punished

Even something as simple as a 2 day suspension would be acceptable.

If you knowingly abuse a bug such as Annie's infinite stun you should be punished, which includes players like Shiptur, TF Blade and SoloRenektonOnly who abused this specific bug.

Riot could have disabled annie.

Don't hate the player, hate the game.

That's not really an excuse. If you KNOW that it's gamebreaking you don't pick it.

By that logic you shouldn't complain about scripters, boosted players, win traders, inters, and all that shit because the game isn't fully bullet proof to prevent people from exploiting shit and thus we should just "hate the game and not the player". Is that it?

Of course not.

People who abuse bugs willingly (keyword) to cheese the game is no different to abusing low player count in odd hours to do win trading. They are both gaining underhanded advantage through exploitation to skew the game to their favour.

It shouldn't be a no-brainer that obviously, they should be punished. The only issue is HOW that should be the one running into trouble, and not WHY.

Scripters, boosters, inters etc Are consistently playing the game at other people's expense without the other party having any way to negate that. On the other side, when there is a bug/glitch in the game's own code that riot is aware of and don't consider it to be reason to disable the champion for a short period of time, it's not irrational to argue Riot doesn't find that interaction troublesome so it's not unacceptable to use. (people can also ban the champion if it is so problematic)

We just see the matter in different ways.

Permaban for anyone using bugs more than once, permaban on all accounts if that "more than once" happened in ranked, that would be logical. But that means banning 50% of streamers, so there will be no punishment

Eugh. Streamers. The only good streamer is the streamer you see in parades and such. And even that's situational!

That would require a manual viewing of every single game played on this patch...

As I recall, a bunch of people who abused the fountain bug way back when got punished, and that was far more widespread than Annie's infinite stun.
