Warlords bloodlust vs Fervor

Lets make them similar, but warlords can deal an increasing amount of the opponents missing hp on hit. So you get 10 stacks going and you can deal 8% of the opponents missing hp on hit.

Let's just bury this idea and pretend it never happened

I think so as well.

Missing hp damage on hit wtf does OP seriously want on hit champions (specifically Kog'maw) to melt people's faces off faster than they are already?

Don't forget about the benfit Vayne would receive from this as well, or even Kindred.

Smite ADC's are incoming.

%missing HP helps people that are ahead more than people that are behind. People that are ahead are more likely to deal more damage, so more enemy health missing, aka more damage via the %missing health. So your idea does the exact opposite of what it's supposed to do, it enforces snowball. While a flat damage on auto (fervor) ignores who snowballed more and is the same for both (with a slight difference with levels, agreed, but not huge).

Also, it's kinda meh to have 2 masteries doing only one thing : increasing damage per auto, scaling up to X stacks. They would be so similar it's dumb. If anything should be done about warlord's which is supposed to be the sustain mastery, it should also grant sustain to spell users via spellvamp or something.

dude +1 thats a great comment. Thanks. I was just thinking that adc's are useless a lot of the time. Trying to think of a mastery that would help them.

That sounds disgusting

8% might be a lot.

I figure this mastery will be one that can help adc's who are behind. If your team is ahead, they can be active in the start of the fight and you will be more effective when they can get the enemy low for you.

I already take the two masteries into the jungle and you want to give me an extra 8% of the missing hp on hit?

So lets think about this.

Shen does about 7% with his active q... Add bloodrazor and you new mastery change 7%+3%+8%(missing)

Now, we need to talk about items. Add a item 3153 item 3748... So add 10%+40+10% max health.

So totaling this right now we have 7%+3%+10%+40+10% max health

So in the end Shen is gonna be hitting you for 40+30% x 3=120+90% this is before resistances. Now you need to add missing hp to that... 8%

If you have 2000 health and I hit you for 30% for that you just lost 600 hp which 8% of that is about 48 and its doubling the more I hit you... so then 96 then 192.

In the end. I have hit your champion for 192+120+90% of you health

Also this is not considering to dragon... Imagine increasing this damage by 24%

It means I am doing 2K+ damage is about 1.2 seconds.

Woook3r1 votes

thats nice. Shyvanna can deal 2k dmg in two auto attacks. Whats your point?

And its MISSING HP. So it does nothing at the beginning of the fight.

AthenasVendetta1 votes

You want to include Darius being able to do 2.7K in one hit? No. dude there is a reason the idea was downvoted. Look at it from another point of view.
