Lulu needs nerfs badly, but she hasn't been addressed, she can make a mobile adc literally unkillable (unless you got some bullshit like annie with her targeted stun), Her slow is INSANELY STRONG (lasts like 2-3 seconds and its usually a 65-85% slow), her polymorph lasts WAYYYY TOO long, and its up like every 8 seconds, and her shield has a non existent CD, on top of the fact her ult is basically a renekton ult thats 300% better (knocks up, slows, can be cast on anyone. heals), like her kit literally does everything...I was wondering why shes been gaining so much popularity, and now that I see a lulu nearly every second game....I know why....shes fucking annoying, I rather pull my hair out dealing with a protect the vayne comp (shen top, Karma mid, Ivern jungle, Janna support) then deal with lulu, her kit needs longer CDs or more setup for her stuff IE you can't hit someone with polymorph unless you hit them with pix first, or polymorph has a 2 second delay before it takes effect or give her ult a 3 second cast time, just something to give her more counterplay then what she has atm as shes prob the most overloaded support

Well all these fucking lulus are getting annoying....supress the adc....nope because she use polymorph....pull the adc into the team? nope...she just gave yasuo a 5 man ult with her ult, like literally, your WHOLE team needs to be able to focus the carries in order to actually kill them...and this is solo que....your lucky if they choose to attack the tank rather then farming the raptors

Well im sorry i have a medical condition that cripples my ability to type and write properly...but no one thinks about that, they think "oh shit, he didn't type that properly I gotta make a big deal about it"

Lulu hasn't gotten many buffs in awhile (outside of the QoL mana buffs) and it's taken this long for her to come to "power". It's the simple case of Removing one threat opens the door to another. We can nerf Lulu but Janna and Nami do her job almost as well as she does. Then there's Thresh as well.

Divers and Assassins should have to think twice about diving the ADC with a Lulu, Nami, Janna, or Thresh around, as it is their jobs to protect the carries.

We spent the 1st 2-3 months this season complaining ADC in 2017 LUL. Well with 1 of these 4 supports they actually have time to get rolling before Zed, Talon, LB, Kat, Ahri, Vi, Hec, or Lee (Plus all the other champions who go balls deep to the AD) get on top of them. They give the ADC's a fighting chance.

I'm a mid laner, so if you want to continue nerfing bot lane to the ground then go for it, just stop bitching about how weak they are when you destroy any decent champ they have. Least Brand, Zyra, and Malz aren't ruling the show.

Lulu has gotten buffs. Not QoL changes. And no, she's superior ot other enchanters atm.

That 70% banrate is not there for nothing mate.

Your right her passive got a bit of a dmg buff, and her Q, a QoL mana buff.

No one is complaining about her Damage though, so lets move on.

COOLDOWN: 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds ⇒ 16/15/14/13/12 seconds BONUS ATTACK SPEED: 15/20/25/30/35% ⇒ 25/30/35/40/45%

Here's her last major non bugfix patch. There was 25 patchs in Season 6, so we ended on 6.25, we're now on 7.7, but people started complaing ~7.5 she made it almost 15 patchs, which is 7.5months, roughly without the world noticing.

Lulu is simply good at her job, protecting the carry. If your a diver and they have a lulu, you need to actually think twice or time your dives on the carry better then just going balls deep.

It just astonishes me that people complain for months about AS Crit ADCs being useless, then when a Support is in a good spot who can protect them sees the light of day we try to kill that support off to again make Crit AS ADCs useless. Oh well, nerf her to the ground lol, makes my job easier.

You keep saying ''QoL'' But a buff to her mana costs or mana pool is a buff. A direct buff. Not a QoL buff. QoL buffs make the champion play smoother/feel more satisfying without directly increasing their power.

There is Being good at your job, and there is being too good at your job. Or even being good at your main job while also doing a fine job at ohter jobs.

Lulu is overpowered and deserves nerfs, it's honestly as simple as that.

Mana buffs aren't generally considered significant buffs, Those buffs just helped her with her in lane poke damage. So yes they are QoL buffs.

Why are we just now complaining about her being OP? She's really not that OP, she is strong, but if you nerf her someone else will just take her place. Haven't you learned that yet in League?

Dude, she has a 70% banrate. Let that shit sink in. She is overpowered, and it's honestly slilly to say she's not. I'm not going to comment here anymore, since you really don't seem to be listening to what I'm saying. You're just repeating the same, irrelevant, argument. No point in keeping this discussion up

Your just saying she's overpower because of her ban rate. How is that really that relevant?

In Solo Q people enjoy playing Dive champions such as Lee SIn, Talon. Zed, Kat, Fizz, Kha'Zix, Rengar, Vi, Hec, and Ekko who need to dive onto the target whether in a gank/roam or a teamfight.

Lulu allows the opposing team to stay alive and react. Everyone of those champs has been "OP" at one point in the last couple of months outside of Zed and Fizz. So assuming more people want to play the flashy dive/assassins, it would make sense that they prioritize banning the champ that could slow them down.

a very bad vayne for sure will go full ad and get locked down easily, i am talking about the majority, They can build frozen mallet guardian angel ninja tabi, Scimitar, bortk phantom and end up 1 vs 5 late game. This is the problem they build anything because of her cancerious W.

However i understand that lulu also needs a nerf but Vayne i put her 1st place. I'd say lulu needs a nerf for her ap scaling on some stuff and her Ultimate, Because she can be a carry more than a support with her scaling on slows, Ap and Health, it's extremely strong for a support

I can understand Lulu needing nerfs, but at the moment, with assassins like Talon, Zed, Yi, etc. running rampant; she is really the only support that can easily counter assassins and help her team in defeating them (there are others, such as Janna, bit Lulu seems to be a bit better). :)
