He has a 25-35% PLAYRATE across all gamemodes and regions (Besides Aram and Twisted, but who gives a shit about those) And hes still broken as fuck, and you show no attempt to nerf him
People are just gonna keep playing him until he either reaches 100% playrate, or 100% banrate, since you show no inclination to smite his ass into the ground just replace all the champions with him and end our suffering already

A lot of people play him for fun and fast paced gameplay, not for being broken OP like people seem to think he is.
