rather missfortune before nerfs and graves ,very high playrate ,very high winrate,that means anyone ,even less experienced can perfom good/average with him and have winrate.

Similarly winrate below 50 with playrate near 30 % doesn't mean champion is in a bad spot.

Pick rate has nothing to do with the average skill level the player base has with the champion. A lot of low pick rate champions are actually played by inexperienced players more than high pick rate champions.
