Why? Eve likes Runic Echo better than Runeglaive, since it allowed her to still buy Lich Bane.
Runeglaive synergized with Eve extremely well, as she does well with all sheen items. She could constantly proc it and make use of the mana passive. Believe me, Eve was much better with Runeglaive than Runic Echoes, and considering how Lich Bane is usually the 5th or 6th item in her build... I'm almost certain her not being able to build LB was a small downside to all Runeglaive provided her. She's much weaker now.
Vesarixx1 votesWould have preferred it if they had just had 2 mage jungle items, runeglaive was pretty good on Hecarim, Diana, Jax and a few others. Would probably even be better to have both cinderhulk and juggernaut as well.
