hasnt kayle been gutted too much?

you could aswell take down 5-10% ap on E or 25-30 on Q

you took away mr /lvl ,amplify on q,damage on q ,damage on e from ap

now no one plays her ,even if its easier to play ,but doesnt deal damage under 2% popularity ? she should be good in meta ,passive shred 5 times 3% no idea to make her atleast mediocre ?not in this ap state,useless

i know she`s been reworked for atleast 2 times

has no burst currently ,also lichbane was nerfed kayle used lichbane in ap build ,no compensation also ,you can shield ,like riven does every 3-,4 s and laugh at her damage,LITERALLY
