Double the health minus 10 AD (okay) Double the CDR (the only AD item that grants 20% CDR btw) 150% increase to passive durration and stacks up to 6 times instead of 5 Also you gain the Rage passive from Phage

... I will sacrifice 10 AD for those stats any day

you forget a nice early powerspike from brut and 10 flat pen. if you focus on squishy targts, thats a huge deal combined with the 10 less ad. the cdr isn't that great on Zed, and 200 hp isn't that much of a deal either. The new one is nice for the likes of Garren, but for Assasins it'S a clear nerf to BC

i'd say its better on him, the movespeed bonus is nice and the extra survivality is amazing for those early game moments where leblanc finds you in the jungle and wants to duel your squishy bug ass

I don't normally use it on him earlygame and doesn't it now not have the armour penetration.

it has the arpen passive, and i'd say it will be more of a mid game addition, now that i think of it, still more survivality and the movespeed passive make the change a buff imo, even for kha

new bc has fakking free movespeed for fks sake i played new black cleaver on taric and stomped fukkin faces for days reduced a morgana to 15 armor from 68 of her initial armor.
