How the fuck would Riot actually program that? What do you just prevent the ADC/Supp from having a vote?

I've been that bot lane duo before. Not intentionally feeding, of course.

If we've been getting constantly 3-4-5-man ganked bot without any help from our teammates, yet are still performing decently 2v2 and keeping up with farm, and especially if our ADC out-scales theirs, then yeah, I'm probably gonna vote no in a surrender.
