Rework Morgana/Kennen Ults plz Riot

There’s nothing “wrong” with their ults, they do some damage and offer decent CC, just the thing is... now that Neeko exists, Morg’s and Kennen’s ults are just one giant joke. I mean both rely on building Zhonyas just to get in and ult... Neeko has the kit to not quite require it. I almost never build it on her or if I do it’s only against extremely CC/Burst Champs (Malphite for example). But I’m a Neeko main so I know when to initiate compared to not initiating.

I think these 2 champs just need completely new ults.

Why can’t Morgana be like Kayle and evolve through out the game? Maybe her W drains more HP or gains her more life as she develops into a far more descended being... Her shield not only offers Spell Shield but after a certain level, gives allies spell burn and a smaller thornmail passive! (Her Q is ok and doesn’t need buffed. )
