Junglers now have something to contest or they fall behind, so they have to fight for scuttle/interact to get ahead rather than starting the game ahead because they killed 3 camps and walked top lane while top is lvl 2.

Good job for once riot.

This just made TahmKench jungle very very viable since he is allowed to eat scuttle.
