Please do not scrap it.

Finally bruisers are going to be able to damage and maybe even kill tabi tanks again.

You means those tanks that have better base damage combined with %hp damage and thus will likely still out trade most bruisers bar darius and fiora early with that keystone?

I know tanks still need nerfs across the board, but its better to have an anti tank option than to have none.

Why would they? It’s not much damage converted into true damage and few tanks want attack speed.

They wont, they would have go to precision + the ad it gives barely means anything for them.

Also why would they anyway? aftershock is broken and grasp is also very close.

It´s also too powerful.

Hybrid %Pen is a lot better than true damage. Because you can still build against it.

It´s still early on in experimentation, but without some serious nerfs and the obvious removal of that true damage conversion, the rune will definitely break champions if it goes live like it is in the PBE.
