swain and cass are getting hotfixed, i don't think we should count them until we see post-buff?

Yeah her Q costing like 20 less mana and 0.25 seconds off her E is gonna make her go up from 38% winrate to fine..

lower mana costs are never a bad buff

shaving a quarter of her CD off is huge. at roughly ~33% CDR (I did the math when the hotfix was announced so this may be misremembered) the flat cooldown of her E is actually lower than pre-mymu E with the CD reset. her late game DPS is now up no matter how you want to look at it.

Yeah but it use to be 0.5 CD with a higher AP ratio and she had around 500 more AP at full build than she does now

yes, it was a 0.5 CD. however, with roughly 33% CDR, it actually goes lower than that, capping at i believe .45, .41 if you run 45% cdr.

i think shifting the way her E works was a good idea. now, instead of her missing a Q and then not being able to do anything until it's up, cass can at least throw out weaker Es during the downtime. it makes her less binary, because now she can still exist, just much less imposing.
