Okay yes this might be bias because i hate her somewhat,

BUT lets see 1.SHE will be 10 quintillion times healthier(god especially AP soraka that shit is disgusting) 2.Her Q is way way more reliable 3.the speed boost lets her stay safe-r

and her overall power in her kit is way easier to move around making future changes somewhat easier
