As the game progresses cannon minions spawn more frequently

Why can't small jungle camps spawn more frequently as well?

E.G. They currently spawn every 1 min 40 sec, I was thinking for every minute the game has progressed after the 15th(give or take), the small camps could spawn 1 second sooner, and up to a maximum of 25-30 seconds faster respawn at the 40-45 minute mark, with the small camps respawn down to 70-75 seconds. Something like this.

Why? The reasons are various from the lower exp junglers get, to having their camps repeatedly farmed by their own team.

It's a lot more impactful to miss out on these camps this season, I don't know what it would take to balance this mechanic in to the game(stat adjustments/gold and exp gains), but I think it's something to consider.
