Can Sion's shield damage scale off health?
With all the complaints of Sion, this would seem like the appropriate way to go about spiking him up if people truly want him majorly buffed. This would make him a much bigger monster in late game.

I think my biggest complaint on sion is he doesn't have anything in his kit to make him a major threat in teamfights after his ult goes on cld. His Q can easily be interrupted and his w and e become heavily underwhelming in a late game fight.
I think improving his kit to provide better damage scaling OR maybe riot could give him more upfront cc to make him more useful in teamfights.
EDIT: I almost forgot to put this in: Sion was really popular at one point because players could run smite + cinderhulk on him and turn him into this insane unkillable mid game tank.

Sion's a huge zone control threat with his Q and passive, what are you talking about?
but thats after he dies. In regards to his Q, anyone can stop it with hard cc. You won't get a full channel (or enough to knockup the enemy) against good players.

if he's taking hard CC for his team he's doing his job right, the point with his Q isn't hitting it, the threat of it landing alone is enough for its job to be done. that's what zone control is.
if you want to be able to play sion that's one of the first things you need to learn, it's not all about landing every Q.
He does not need that and he should not be majorly buffed. Doesn't even really need minor buffing honestly.
