Are we allowed to make addons for this game for gameplay related stuff(not scripting)?

An addon that tells you how much gold youve gotten from minions so far.

An addon that shows gold you got from champion kills in total.

An addon similar to WoWs GTFO mod that makes a sound when you're supposed to try and gtfo from aoe damage or standing in fire(by aoe damage i mean Anivia R).

Maybe an addon that makes a ding sound when you have enough gold for that item you wanted to buy. "I gotta stay in lane until I can get giant's belt and cloth armor but im too focused on trying not to die than look at my gold."

But my favorite addon would be something for champs with dots that they can reapply easily show a circle under the target for how much time is left till it expires, or maybe even a number.

Any of these allowed? If not why would they not be allowed?

It would be seen as script. They made a statement that everything must be same for every player from the Play Button click to the end game screen.

So even those youtubers who play with custom skins or people who play with custom announcer voices are scripters?

they said these are ok, but still it's risky to play with them.

but things like a sound showing that you have enough gold is an advantage that other players don't have and that will be seen as script.

Dang man I really wanted to make an addon to make a ding sound for when I have certain amount of gold. Oh well i guess.

or you can just press P to see how much gold you need, then look at how much gold you have, then do the required elementary math to see if you have enough. lanes arent that aggressive that you cant check and see if you have enough gold.

It's more of a way to make things a little more convenient than not being able to do math or looking at gold. Think of it as designing an escalator when there are stairs already. Yea you might be considered lazy for taking an escalator but both the stairs and escalator have the same end goal of going up or down.

no, its more like using an escalator in stair climbing contest and only you are permited to use the escalator also you can still walk up the escalator

while the first two are probably already recorded by stats

the 3rd is a definite no, as it is a script

the 4th is also a no

and the 5th is also a no

I doubt the first two could be done without being deteced as a 3rd party mod and being banned for, ask a rioter about that, the other would defintely confer an unfair advantage and as such would be a perma ban
