woodvsmurph1 votesActually, it was balanced around adc's complaining non-stop. When adc's are weak, they complain and get overbuffed. When adc's are strong, they complain that other adc's aren't as strong as the best adc's and the ones who are probably actually balanced get a buff. When they are in a good spot, they complain that an assassin or bruiser can 1v1 them if they reach them at full hp. And the adc's get a buff and the assassins and bruisers or their items (or both) get a nerf.
