That damn move is free kills whenever it hits for most of the game with it's 2-3 second root, it shouldn't be cheap enough to just toss out frequently, especially at max rank when it feels like you could eat a meal before being able to move again.

Lowering the cost on her Q should hopefully make her harass more potent than a basic attack, which is what she has to do if she wants to harass and still have mana for farm.

Idc about her W her problem is her Q. 3s root 100% scaling high base damages. I'm sorry but what about that sounds fair to you when you combined a stupid looking hit box that doesn't match the spell. She was made as a solo laner only because she is really really old. It's about time Riot realizes that that isn't her main role and gives up trying to cater to mid lane Morg's.
Failing to acknowledge her as a primary support is why her laning and support presence is just so damn high and she doesn't fall off.
Down vote me all you want, but I feel like she's more cancerous than Thresh. Thresh needs 3 abilities to CC you for about as long as morgana can while doing about 1/4 the damage and has a shield that is situationally better but in the heat of a team fight worse.
Jefftiffy1 votesIdk Riot seems against trying to make Morgana less toxic. They haven't done a single thing to solve her issues, she just keeps popping up randomly and ruining metas. I mean her black shield really just needs to not effect CC from AD sources and she would be 100% fine. If they don't I want her Q damage scaling dropped to .8 from 1.0

This way she doesnt reap benfits unless she is actually interacting in lane and trying to snare as opposed to playing Farmville League Edition.
MudintheWater1 votesNeither are cancerous. Thresh and Morg support are a fun and challenging lane to play against each other with. The best Morgana can do is hold you in place. Thresh can move you around the map, and move his adc around the map. That is much better utility for support than Morgana, and offers better saves by essentially having unlimited flashes for the adc.
Her q is one of the slowest skillshots in the game. People with boots find it easy to avoid, and like thresh's hook it is blocked by minions. Most of the time you don't even have to flash a morg q. you can just walk to the side.
