Riot, I know that the game is made up of mainly low elo players, but please..

Stop catering to us, you're making this game too easy by giving dragon/baron global death sounds and updating timers.

Your reasoning is you want players to contest it more but in reality you're rewarding people for their ignorance of not warding.

Red team's udyr sees blue team's Nunu top. Red team wards the area and takes scuttle and sneaks dragon. Blue team doesn't have a single ward on the map yet still gets dragon timer.

Why the hell are you rewarding people for not doing good and warding/having objective control. There is no point in even warding the river now, you might as well just fight over scuttle and make the poor thing hate its life.

it's been like this for a while now, free wards from trinket, buff timers, etc. it is literally draining a lot of strategy out of the game and making it purely mechanics

The trinket slot was so that vision post 40 minutes at the 6 item phase did not just evaporate and make the game "Who can death bush harder". Trinkets were a good change.

You ward only to see dragon die? I ward there so I can know if mid is coming or if the jungle is coming... this small enhancement makes it so that disadvantaged teams that aren't cohesive have more of a chance to contest instead of one team controlling the timer because bot / jg didn't ward on a good timer.

I speak as a fellow jungler and my wards on the river are mainly to control where the enemy jungler is and the objectives so my wards palcements are a tad different than one paced from a support since well we have different goals on mind. So yeah, a ward just to watch dragon die is a valid reason.

Dragon gives off that loud sound and an orange swirl, and I found it pretty easy to time it just knowing it will come up in 6 minutes.

It wasnt even hard to know when it died anyway. Giving the timer is needless, honestly, i dont think anyone should get it.

Believe it or not a LOT of people still don't know it comes up in 6 minutes and if NOBODY has vision on dragon and the entire enemy team is there and not looking at the pit you dont get any information on it being stolen, same for Baron.

And enemy could be pushed to their base and think "hey, let's get baron/dragon while we have the chance" with 0 idea it's been taken wasting their time.

That's where the strategy in this game is etc. As it stands there's no outsmarting people when it comes to objective control anymore.

Im not sure if youre agreeing or disagreeing with me. Either way, if a team doesnt have vision then they dont deserve to know its been taken. Youre right that you cant trick people any more and objective control has become a lot less interesting. Before it was a risk to try and do dragon if you didnt know it was up whereas now you will always know which takes away an element of the game.
