That's a shitty reason. Lots of people weren't even around for when he was a problem. Balance shouldn't be compromised because a few people have "ptsd".

Honestly, he is just.. I don't know. He loses lane pretty bad against most of everyone, compared to other assassins who at least have RANGE like Talon or Zed. at least they can cs under turret. Any time Kass even THINKS of killing a minion, he gets ruthlessly punished. He seems better off for the jungle.

Balance aside, I wouldn't mind less power on the R, and maybe give the R stacking power to another ability, like W and E. Not for any balance reason, but its just so unsatisfying to ult somewhere, and realize "oh, i killed somebody. whoops" At least when you stab or puke on somebody, you feel like you actually murdered them.
