@Riot BUGFIX: Illaoi E can no longer pull spirits of targets protected by Morgana's Black Shield

I know that not everyone loves Illaoi, but that change literally makes no sense.

This effect can be cast on CC-immune targets like , and can not be removed by any CC-removal ability like or Remove Scurvy.

And for good reasons, just like or ult it doesn't restrict your control of the champion in any way, so in any other interaction it is not treated as CC. Those are the rules of CC removal for several seasons now.

Black Shield letting spirit pull through is CLERLY not a bug, please keep the interaction consisten with the rest of the game.

Alternatively, if you really want to put more counterplay on the ability, allow for removal with QSS and prevent casting on CC immune targets, then buff the champion accordingly.

But keeping a single CC-preventing ability working while other do not work with it makes no sense. It is not consistent.

Obviously, the slow proc should be blocked if it happens, but not the spirit itself.
