... yeah, so what's with Fizz then? He hits level 3 then just jumps on you and you die. Nothing you can do about it either, since he has iframes and a dash. Then he does it again, and again, and he hits level 6 and doesn't even need his E to kill you at that point, and it gets even better when he buys Sheen...
So when are you gutting him? Other champs were horribly nerfed for FAR less.
