If they could spend as much effort in balancing as they spend at not buffing Yi this game would be perfect,

The circle of YI:

  • Yi is garbage
  • Yi gets random "buffs"
  • Noobs say he will be OP and perma banned
  • Everyone realizes that buffs indeed did shit
  • Yi remains garbage for next 2 years

The Q mana cost reduction is going to be HUGE, Master Yi innately does not have a big mana pool AT ALL, and a 110 mana cost means you couldn't make much use of resets in teamfights cause of going OOM.
