@Riot: Zeke's Harbinger and Knight's Vow
Would love a little feedback regarding the whys or why nots on a couple of things regarding these items:
- For clarity's sake, can the armor bonus on Knight's Vow be worded "If your Partner is nearby, gain 15% bonus movement speed while moving toward them and 40 armor. Right now, from wording alone, I cannot tell if I gain the armor ONLY while moving towards them or just by being near them.
- Can Zeke's Harbinger have MP5 rather than Mana? Would go along with the MYMU mana vs regen discussion. Also see: new Chalice Passive synergy
- Can Zeke's Harbinger PLEASE not lose 100% charge because I chose to go and ward and can't catch up to the adc? (See below)
- Can Zeke's Harbinger grant the same MS bonus that Knight's Vow does? I like being able to keep up with my ADC.
- Can these items share an intermediate item that grants the Partner bonuses? Pleeeeease.
- Can the text on these two be made similar somehow? I like the Partner wording better than the Conduit wording.

Comrade's Tunic (850g) Builds from Cloth Armor + 550g +20 armor UNIQUE PASSIVE: If your Partner is nearby, gain 15% bonus movement speed while moving toward them and 25 armor. UNIQUE ACTIVE: Designate an allied champion as your Partner (300 second cooldown).
I would LOVE to have this as an alternative to boots.
Zeke's Harbinger Builds from Comrade's Tunic + Fiendish Codex + Faerie Charm +375g +20 armor +100% base mana regeneration +50 ability power +10% cooldown reduction
UNIQUE PASSIVE: If your Partner is nearby, gain 40 armor, and 15% bonus movement speed while moving toward them.
UNIQUE PASSIVE: If your Partner is nearby, you and your Partner will......... Charges are lost rapidly while 1000-units or more apart, and whilst at 100 charge for more than 5 seconds without attacking.
UNIQUE ACTIVE: Designate an allied champion as your Partner (90 second cooldown).
Would be some nice changes I think, above notes considered.
Knight's Vow Builds from Crystalline Bracer + Crystalline Bracer + Comrade's Tunic +250g .......same stats et al.
Nicer combine cost.
