what happened to elise's win rate and play rate

She was gutted pretty hard, and a lot of the changes to her E were really brutal when they were presented as just distance calculation changes.

Not to mention the S5 jungle seems tailored to kick champions like her out of the jungle..

Riot created a kit that had no weaknesses and didn't provide a unique niche but instead it was packed with %hp dmg and cc. Riot thus nerfed her into the ground so nobody picks her. She is in need of a rework. I would say she is down there with eve.

Actually, she doesnt really work that well with the new jungle... still ok... but o longer top tier
